Its not a LOTR/Gollum reference for sure. Its more of the song from Depeche Mode's latest album "Playing The Angel". I just liked this song when I saw their music video which is basically a green-screen affair filled in with CGI. Pretty cool visual effects for sure.

The beat of this song would harken back to their earlier days before things went slow after their "Violator" album. "Barrel of The Gun" album was just skimming past the edge of life support that time back in the 90's. Just wanted to share and post my interest with this song. Good lyrics, good beat and good synths with it too.
