An unassuming place at the fringes of the Gamma Confederation where a doghouse of tesseract capability sits. "Why a doghouse of all dwellings?" would you ask? Its actually chalked up to my love for Snoopy and watching too many Eek The Cat cartoons that has Sharky The Sharkdog's doghouse having striking similiarities to Snoopy's own domicile.
